This apartment has an ideal location in front of Los Perros surf break and is only a two-minute walk to Panga Drops. The apartment complex is in the most protected part of the bay, where a weaker current makes swimming and learning to surf easier. The more advanced Colorado surf break and busier parts of Hacienda Iguana are only a short 15-minute walk away. 

The Layout

Apartment Villa Iguana A12 is on the second floor of the building complex with ocean views from the living room, master bedroom, and balcony. Upon entering the studio, you’ll find a fully-equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator and a stove/oven to your left. 

The open floor plan extends from the dining area and living room to the front of the apartment. From the living area, you can see the pool, the ocean, and the Los Perros hills. Both bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are on the right side of the studio. 

The cozy master bedroom is at the front of the apartment with stunning ocean views and private access to the balcony. Two comfortable rocking chairs are on the balcony for viewing the incredible sunset over the Pacific Ocean or watching your children play in the complex’s pool. 

Wooden furniture and an overall traditional feel make you feel at home in this comfortable two-bedroom apartment. 

This apartment is part of the Villa Iguana complex, which means you don’t need to worry about a thing. All the exteriors, including the garden and the pool, are carefully manicured and cleaned daily. Housekeeping and laundry are complimentary for our guests, and air conditioning is installed in the living room, kitchen area, and bedrooms.
