The Layout 

The elegant open-layout kitchen with stunning blue tile features a spacious island, a double French door fridge, and all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals. The living room invites you to relax on a large L-shaped sofa. Or, you can enjoy a meal overlooking the ocean at the generous wooden dining table with comfortable rattan chairs. 

You’ll find one bedroom downstairs, with a king-size en suite bathroom and generous closet. A fully-accessible laundry room and powder room are in the right wing of the main house. 

Ascend the staircase decorated with locally-made glass art, and you’ll enter a light and airy hallway dividing the two main bedrooms on the second floor. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom and direct access to a balcony with breathtaking views. Fall asleep listening to the sound of crashing waves. 

The fourth bedroom offers the most privacy, as it is located in a separate studio on a terrace at the back of the property. The studio offers a kitchenette, bathroom, and a main living area with a sofa bed. It’s perfect for grown-up kids and teenagers.  

The home is fully air-conditioned for a good night’s sleep on warm Nicaraguan nights.
