The Layout

Southern Dream was designed with taste while keeping in mind practicality and creature comforts. All beds are XL twins but can be combined to make kings for maximum flexibility. Bedrooms are air-conditioned with high-end linens, and each bedroom has a desk. Sumptuous sofas inside and out invite guests to relax and fully enjoy their vacations. The numerous outdoor spaces encourage guests to embrace Nicaragua’s beautiful weather day and night.

The heart of the house is the generous living room and lounge area with stunning ocean views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. A 75-inch Smart TV invites you to relax with a movie or stream Netflix with a 5G fiber optic wifi connection. A backup internet connection helps keep connectivity reliable. Cook meals in one of two fully equipped kitchens or use the dedicated beachside BBQ, or invite one of our private chefs to shop for and prepare fresh, local cuisine for you. The kitchens include a bar and island, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and extensive cabinetry. Two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, are the perfect accommodation for private groups or children.

An elegant stone staircase takes you to the upper floor of the home, where there are two air-conditioned master bedrooms with ensuite baths. The rooms have large glass windows, offering stunning views of the property and Pacific Ocean. A second terrace towards the back of the house provides another outdoor area for privacy.

Outside, the largest beachfront single-family villa pool in Hacienda Iguana offers space for lap swimming, along with a jetted tub area and sun shelf. Two terraces provide additional space to relax: one has sofas and a dining table for up to ten people, while the other has a freestanding hammock, four chaise lounges, an exterior shower, and a large concrete bench for sunset. The villa also features an open-air Zen shower.

The house is staffed with a full-time housekeeper and groundskeeper. Nica Luxe concierge service is available to help organize activities onsite or off.
