Contemporary Garden Retreat

When you arrive at The Anahata House, the first thing you notice is how naturally the home blends into its tropical surroundings. Polished concrete floors, poured concrete roofs, and clean modern lines give the villa a distinctive architectural character, while the lush garden and canopy create a relaxed, private atmosphere.

The house is arranged across three separate modules centered around a private courtyard pool. The main module contains the fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, and open living room. The other two modules contain three bedrooms and four bathrooms, giving guests privacy between the living and sleeping areas. The guest suites feature open-sky showers, while the spacious master suite is set up for families with one king bed and one bunk bed. Altogether, the house sleeps up to eight guests and works especially well for families, couples, or smaller groups traveling together.

There is plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors without leaving the property. Cool off in the courtyard pool, relax in the garden hammock, challenge someone to a game of ping-pong, or head up to the rooftop terrace for an open-air dinner beneath the string lights.

For longer stays, dedicated workspaces, high-speed fiber-optic WiFi, and a commercial backup generator help keep work and daily life running smoothly. Daily housekeeping, garden and pool care, and weekly machine laundry are included, while Nica Luxe concierge services can arrange groceries, private dining, surf lessons, golf, transportation, massages, and local excursions. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.

Although Anahata feels quietly tucked away, it sits in a central Hacienda Iguana location just a short walk from the beach, Beach Club, golf course, and the surf breaks at Playa Colorado and Panga Drops.
