Altos de Colorado offers five bedrooms and has sleeping space for up to 12 people. Four bedrooms are in the gorgeous main house, and the fifth is in a separate casita for extra privacy. 

The Layout

All of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The first and second master bedrooms face the beach and have direct access to the pool. They both feature large, comfortable king-size beds with luxurious linens, flat-screen Smart TVs, spacious closets, and safe boxes. 

The ensuite bathrooms have jacuzzis to relax sore muscles after long days of surfing. The third bedroom has two XL twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king, a TV, and a walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom has three XL twin beds, a TV, and a walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. 

The fifth bedroom is located in the guest house with three XL twin beds, a closet, a TV, a small seating area, and an en suite bathroom. Those who want a little more privacy will enjoy this extra space away from the main house. 

Back at the main house, you will find a large TV room between the two master bedrooms, with direct access to the pool terrace. The terrace features chaise lounges, a table, a covered rancho with rocking chairs, and a coffee table. This home offers plenty of space to relax, read a book, lounge by the pool, or enjoy incredible views of the Pacific Ocean from morning until evening. 

On the second floor, the massive kitchen is every chef’s dream come true. It features a large kitchen island with a sink and bar stools and a huge double-door fridge. Two dining tables can seat up to 20 people, one is inside and the other is on the balcony outside. 

The slightly unique layout of the home creates spectacular views. Enjoy watching the firing waves of Colorados while cooking a meal or enjoying dinner with friends or family. 

Next to the kitchen, you’ll find a second TV room for guests to enjoy a movie or a good book on the comfortable sofa and chairs. The large balcony with glass railing is partly covered and located just in front of the kitchen and TV room. There is a built-in BBQ to grill all the seafood you can catch, as well as a dining table and a high table and chairs to sip on cocktails while watching the sun go down.

This home features air conditioning in all rooms. Daily cleaning is available, and the garden and pool are maintained during your stay. Laundry is included and is done by the housekeeper.
