The Layout

On the ground floor of the villa is a fully-equipped kitchen with a large island, spacious fridge, and an extra freezer for ice (poolside drinks, anyone?). The dining room offers a large glass table that seats 10. 

A large living area with high ceilings and comfortable sofas opens into a courtyard, making it the perfect indoor-outdoor living space with plenty of privacy. The Master bedroom, with a king-size bed, couch, and walk-in closet, has direct access to the pool and the beach. The contemporary ensuite bathroom offers twin sinks and a glass door shower. 

The generous outdoor area is the highlight of Villa MaryCarmen. The massive infinity pool with a swim-up bar and terrace is great for entertaining guests. The shaded pool area features chaise lounges, a BBQ, and an extra dining table for outdoor dinners. 

An additional bathroom is next to the terrace for poolside convenience, and two hammocks invite guests to relax after a long day in the sun and sea. 

The second floor offers two twin bedrooms, each with two full-size beds, and en suite bathrooms overlooking the ocean and Los Perros beach. Both bedrooms have sliding doors with access to a large roofless balcony overlooking the bay. 

On the same floor, you’ll find another bedroom with a queen size bed, ocean view, and an ensuite bathroom. A second living area with comfortable sofas and glass sliding doors invites you to watch the breathtaking sunsets or relax while watching a movie in the evening. 

All bedrooms feature air conditioning, ceiling fans, and cable TV. Daily cleaning is included and laundry is available for our guests. There is also a caretaker living on-site to assist with any requests.
