The Layout

Enter the house through the divided glass doors that reveal a direct view of the open floor plan. The fully-furnished kitchen offers modern appliances, a full-sized french door fridge, and a kitchen island with bar stools that view into the living room area. 

The dining table seats eight and encourages you to enjoy your lunch or dinner overlooking the pool and ocean. At the seaside of the house is a comfortable living room with big, modern sofas, a smart TV, and a cozy reading nook. 

The entire home is decorated with tasteful surf art, macrame pieces, bamboo light fixtures, and Granada tiles in earth and ocean-inspired colors. Large windows let in a lot of natural light, making the living area feel more like an indoor-outdoor space.

A staircase decorated with Granada tiles leads you to the second level and the master bedroom. The master offers a private balcony overlooking the ocean and views of Colorados from the comfortable king-size bed. On the ground floor, you’ll find the second and third bedrooms, one facing the beach and the other overlooking the clay brick courtyard. The fourth bedroom is the “Casita,” which is a studio apartment detached from the main house. It features a king-size bed and a bunk bed. The thoughtful layout with bunks parallel to the wall makes the studio feel very homey and spacious while accommodating up to four people. The casita has a fully-equipped kitchenette with an electric double burner cooktop, Hansgrohe black sink, a small fridge, and a coffee maker. 

All en suite bathrooms have double sinks with raw iron mirrors and high-end black Hansgrohe faucets. All beds have superior comfort mattresses with luxury Frette linens.

The exterior has different seating areas from big comfortable sofas to tables and chairs, so everyone can find a place to relax.
